Sandra wanted to get into the best shape of her life before her 40th birthday, so booked a photoshoot to document the result. She worked so hard to not only transform her body, but also her routine, lifestyle and training resulting in en epic transformation!
After living a constant battle of binge, restrict, cardio, repeat her whole life, our journey was about cementing new, healthy, sustainable habits and education. From cardio to HIIT and resistance workouts (from home, throughout lockdown), this young mum took her body to a level she'd never achieved, all while eating more and enjoying life whenever she wanted.
This is Nicki. Nicki lost 16lbs and 15cm from her waist in just 6 weeks. Having always had a bloated belly, there had to be more to it than just diet and a lack of training. So, I prescribed an elimination diet, reducing the gut inflammation and she even had her first period gayer 8 years, giving Nicki a confidence she has never had. Believe me when I say she is one committed woman. Sacrifices have been made, but a new normal is what we are working towards. We aren’t finished yet. This is just the beginning.
I’d lost my confidence, I didn’t feel like me and hadn’t done for a long time... i was desperate to get ‘me’ back. I’d moved to another country and gym trainers weren’t like those at home. I had little faith in them. After seeing a photo of myself I was so upset. I decided it was time to take action. ‘Mission Me’ was on. I got in touch with Meisha and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Her extensive knowledge, constant support and positive mindset are inspiring. From the 1st programme and nutrition plan I started falling in love with training again. I was getting me back & my confidence soared. When I saw that Meisha was offering a group reboot challenge I jumped at the chance to take part. I first met Meisha when she was a Zumba instructor. Her energy was infectious. Fast forward to 2020.... and like a lot of people during the enforced lockdown I’ve been working from, had no routine and my food habits were spiralling out of control. I needed structure and support. Meisha kept me accountable throughout the challenge through a variety of tools and techniques. I’m delighted with my results. I’ve made 3 commitments to keep on track for next six weeks: maintain the amount of water I’ve been drinking, enjoy a fasted walk five days a week and to track my food on MFP. Sarah took part in my 6 week Reboot Challenge and lost 15lbs / 6.9kg.
I first met Meisha years ago teaching Zumba in my home town, where her classes reflected her fun attitude and non-stop energy. I then took some personal training sessions with her which I always enjoyed greatly, as well as a nutrition plan. Fast forward until 2018, I'm living in another country and am the biggest I've ever been, feeling miserable and considering weight loss surgery. Following my personal training sessions with Meisha, I had recommended her to a friend who also took sessions with her and loved them. This friend then recommended Meisha back to me! "What do you have to lose?? Either it doesn't work out and you can still get surgery, or it works out! Win win!" At this point Meisha offered an online coaching approach, which I was sceptical about to be honest as I wasn't convinced I had the willpower or strength to see anything through without meeting a trainer in person and having them whip me into shape! When I first wrote to Meisha i was 133kg (nearly 21 stone!) at 176cm (5foot8) so was pretty hefty. She was kind and supportive and remembered me from many years ago (or maybe more my dad who loved her Zumba classes!) She wrote me a diet plan which I started immediately and the first week I lost almost 3kg! I was ecstatic and excited to see where it would lead. For almost two years we have worked together changing the diet plan when necessary and I added the gym plan for about 8 months where Meisha created an incredible intense full body workout for me at the gym, using machines I had never even heard of. Meisha continues to be kind and supportive when I feel low, and pushes me when I feel unmotivated. I am always honest and accountable for my actions, as I see no point in lying or hiding from my mistakes and I feel Meisha respects that, plus we can work together to see why I deviate and what we can put in place to help me avoid them in future. Right now I am around 90kg, feeling absolutely astounded at my progress and I know it's fully down to Meisha's incredible attitude and energy that hasn't changed from those Zumba classes. She inspires and motivates me and has helped me turn my life around, see my eating habits and mistakes, and see that the impossible was achievable. I have not reached my end goal yet as I don't fully know what it is, but I am confident in Meisha's knowledge and ability to help get me there. I simply cannot recommend her enough, cannot sing her praises loud enough, and cannot thank her enough! Her positivity shines through in her emails which motivates me constantly and I look forward to our check-ins and video calls where we can connect. Meisha must be one in a million and if you're ever worried about working with a trainer then let that end here: what have you got to lose?!
I’m not happy... what should I do? All I’ve ever known is putting myself on a strict diet and do as much cardio as I can! I don’t wanna do that! Who can help? What should I do....? I did have a coach once before and did get some amazing results... maybe I should do it again? How much will it cost though? Can I afford it? I have seriously lost my way direction and focus.” If this is relatable to you please continue reading. After all these thoughts and a few weeks later, I was training as per usual at Elite Performance and I saw a new face in the gym. “Who is that? 😍 she’s in amazing shape! That ass and those quads!! Little did I know this was Meisha and my future coach. I saw Meisha a few times and naturally we got chatting, I asked her all the usual questions and then found out she offered coaching. All the questions came flooding back to me. “Should I get Meisha to coach me? How much will it cost? Omg she’s going to see me in my underwear! She’s going to know how much I weigh! I don’t know if I can do this! These were all the negative thoughts I had going on in my head but as I got to know Meisha she put all my anxieties at ease, and reassured me it would all be fine....and it was. The next steps were set in motion and we set up a nutrition and training plan together to suit me individually (lifestyle coaching) I was so excited to get started! This is when mentally it all changed for me! Let me tell you about lifestyle coaching; it suits me as it’s all about making it as easy as you can so you can maintain consistency each week. I am currently eating 6 meals a day on a training day, and 5 on a rest day, yes you heard me right I eat 6 times a day! haha and I love it! I only train 4 days a week and have 3 rest days. I did say to Meisha at the beginning that one of my aims is that I didn’t want to put a time frame on my progress, I didn’t care how long it took for me to reach my ‘goal weight’ as I didn’t want to put pressure on myself. I am currently sat at 𝟽𝟿kgs with potentially 3kgs to go but as you can see in the photos my body composition has changed dramatically! I was 85kgs at my beginning weight so there is only 𝟼kgs between these 2 photos. And we ain’t done yet....! I want more and I know I will get more, with this beautiful, professional and compassionate young women by my side! I check in with Meisha every Friday morning and that includes taking photos, weighing in and answering a few questions suited to my plan. I also have to mention also since covid and quarantine Meisha hasn’t failed to pull out all the stops with her clients to make sure we are all doing ok. She has changed my training plan to suit what equipment I have. She sends me video messages and we have a video call at least once a week just to make sure I’m doing ok, not just physically but mentally too! This for me has been a game changer, and I even have daily check ins right now just to keep me motivated and accountable which I have to say I am smashing!! 💪🏼 Working with Meisha has not only transformed my body but also my whole mental attitude. This incredible girl is able to provide amazing perspective due to her vast years experience. She is very professional at all times! She reassures me no end and motivates me immensely! Meisha! You truly inspire me! Not only with your incredible drive, enthusiasm and passion for what you do, but for just being YOU! You’re amazing!! Love this girl!!!
Meisha helped me achieve in 7 months what I struggled to achieve on my own for 10 years. My weight (size) has been an issue for me for most of my adult life but with her support, encouragement, guidance and expertise I have finally managed to buck the lifelong trend of yo-yo dieting. She taught me to: 1-To believe in myself 2-That with dedication anything is possible. 3-That there are key factors that influence my fitness journey. 4-She taught me the skills I need to reach my goals. Meisha is a real asset to anyone who wants to change the way they live their life, she cares…a lot! I can guarantee that if you care about yourself as much as she does and follow her advice you will achieve whatever it is that you have set yourself as a goal and more. She has become more than just a personal trainer to me but also a trusted friend.
Before I started with Meisha; I was overweight, my diet was just junk food, an undiagnosed chronic pain condition and was prescribed another round of supplements by my GP. I had attempted to change my diet before but I failed miserably and I couldn't get off the 'junkfood fix'. I decided to get back in contact with Meisha after a few months of having a free consultation at my previous gym. She has completely changed my life for the better after just working with me for 9 months. I now have control of my diet, I can make better/right food choices, helped manage my borderline fibromyalgia through the diet and I have started to gain back my confidence. She was kind, flexible, understanding and dedicated to make the changes I needed. The biggest mistake I made was not going to Meisha sooner!!
I have followed Meisha on Instagram for a few years and having messaged her about one of her recent videos in May decided to take the plunge and have a consultation call with her. I had been working out without goal or direction, not getting any fitter and needed some help in the right direction. Meisha put me on a 8 week cut. It changed the way I train, I’ve also started yoga for mobility (big help) and upped the dreaded cardio. It was a bit of an adjustment at first but have now built in some long-lasting lifestyle changes. I lost over 5kg and am in the best shape of my life. I approached Meisha to help me get into shape for a photo shoot with Bailey Image (Chris Bailey). I have done previous diets for photo shoots over the last 5 years, this one was by far the best shape I had ever been in. Meisha helped bring the best out of my training during our 1:1 PT sessions with weights I’d never even touched before and giving me confidence in building up my weaker lower back area due to previous injuries. I worked with Meisha online for 24 weeks as well as in the gym. Her attention to detail was like nothing I’d experienced before and the results speak for themselves.

When I first started training with Meisha I don’t think I’d looked at a weight, was cardio obsessed and was running on empty (we’re talking 500 cals a day max🤦🏾♀) yet STILL unhappy with my body. Working with Meisha I changed my habits. My understanding of food & training changed and that led to increased food, a weights focused plan & only using cardio when needed. It was a slow process and truly changing something you’ve done for years will always take time but that's where Meisha's approach worked; it’s about the process longterm and not a short term fix.
I started with Meisha needing a little kick to get me back on track nutrition wise. I was eating quite ‘clean’, however, wanted something with a little more structure and routine which is what I work best with. After getting my first week plan through, having taken my training regime into consideration, I put all my trust in Meisha, as the amount I was going to be eating was a lot more than I was having previously, making me slightly nervous to begin with. But as I’ve read, ‘trust your coach’, which I did, and it paid off. It’s the first real time, even looking back to when I thought I was happy, that I have been happier with my body. I was able to train hard, pushing my PBs up and eating a decent amount and if I ever had any questions, she was quick to reply to them. In my mind I knew what my visual goal was I just needed help and guidance on how to get there. Meisha done me a nutrition plan and also gave me tips on how many training days on/off I should have and also what cardio to do and when. With all this she helped me achieve my goal, where I got to the best condition of my life! I would highly recommend Meisha to everyone!
I first contacted Meisha 8 months ago with an aspiration to compete in a bikini competition. I was so overweight, unfit and unhappy with the way I looked, I thought I would never be able to wear a bikini and look good on stage. During these 8 months, Meisha has helped me lose over 3 stone and become so much more confident. With her online prep coaching and also posing coaching I competed in my first bikini competition and walked away with 2 trophies. 3rd Body Transformation category and 4th Junior Bikini Model. I could summarise working with Meisha in one sentence: Good coach improves your game. Great coach improves your life. And that is what exactly happened to me. There are many coaches out there who offer over and over again the same training and meal plans which you can easily search and download for free. However, Meisha stands out with her approach and constant support that helps you change your mindset and old bad habits so you can easily follow the plans which gives you the experience to finally reach your goals; mine was step on the bodybuilding stage. There are no words to express how thankful I am for working with Meisha and I am very excited how further we can bring my physique during our second year of cooperation!
